What is footwork?

This class is designed to help with footwork in general! Footwork is crucial whether you're starting off standing or trying to pass someone's guard! Wrestling/judo/kickboxing requires you to have an understanding of where your feet should be to initiate and finish the move, whether that be pass by's (wrestling) or uchi Mata (judo), punching, or kicking (kickboxing). Everything has some form of footwork! Get your footwork right, and combat sports, in general, will become much more manageable.
